Highland Beef

Having Highlands has been so fun for us and has given us great connections.  We have anywhere from 5 to 15 cows depending on the time of year.  Our goal for the future is to have the full cow/calf operation on our farm.  We, currently, house the bull and cows/calves at our brother’s farm.  It will be so exciting to have the full operation here!

Why Highlands? They produce a much leaner meat product.  Instead of having more fat to keep them warm, they have their fur!  There may be less fat, but the taste is still incredible.

We aim to butcher 4 cows a year and have built a great customer base for our beef sales.  If you are interested in buying beef, please give us a call!
